September Cabot Real Estate Report
September marks the end of the the third quarter for 2009. I will give a brief report on the September numbers this post and then highlight the first three quarters of real estate sales in the Cabot area for 2009.
This September was the best September for Cabot area home sales in the past four years. Here are the numbers.

It looks like home sales in the Cabot area were back to normal during September. We will be able to compare the number of home sales through the third quarter of this year compared to the previous four years on my next post.
