The end of September marked the end of the third quarter for home sales in the Cabot Arkansas area. The Cabot real estate market has had a steady decrease in overall home sales since 2006. Here are the year to date numbers for this year compared to the previous three years.

As you can see the numbers are far from being what they were three years ago. There has been an increase in overall home sales this year compared to last year. That is a positive sign.
