First Time Cabot Home Buyers
I want to remind anyone who is looking for their first home that the first time buyer tax credit expires Dec. 1 2009. I have heard talks of the goverment possibly extending the credit. That is not for sure, but the current one does not expire for anohter month or so. That gives plenty of time for anyone that is on the fence about buying to make a decision.
