Cabot Area Sold Homes May 2010
May's sold housing statistics are a little skewed. There were several homes under contract in the Cabot area that were unable to close. Many home buyers in the Cabot area use a rural development loan. It enables home buyers to buy without putting any money down. The government fund ran out of money in early May and delayed many people trying to close in May. They should get more money in there soon, but until then home buyers have been put on hold.
There have been several closings in my office alone that have been put off due to no funds for rural development loans. With that being said here are the statistics for sold homes in the Cabot Arkansas area.
