Mid-year Cabot area real estate report 2010
June 30th marks the middle of the calendar year. I like to do a quick real estate report to see how sold homes this year looks compared to previous years. Below are the number of sold homes each year from Jan.1 to June 30th.

Anybody can see that there has been a steady decline in sold Cabot area homes over the past five years. The good news is that property values are holding in there a lot better than other areas in the country. Only time will tell how the rest of the year will go.
