National Existing Home Sales Drop 27 Percent
Existing home sales statistics came out the other day and July seen the lowest monthly home sales drop in 15 years. Many of the experts in the real estate community expected July numbers to be low. After the government stimulus ran our there was inevitably going to be a sharp drop in home sales the month following. Many of the experts expect home sales to increase in the following months.
The keys to the real estate market making a full recovery is: employment numbers improving and consumer confidence increasing.
