New Construction Homes for Sale in Cabot Arkansas
Last month I wrote a quick post about the number of new construction homes sold in the Cabot area. This year's new construction home sales were down compared to last year. I wanted to give a quick update about the number of Cabot AR new construction homes listed on the Multiple listing service. From what I have seen, the building in the Cabot area has slowed. Here are the numbers to show the active homes and what price ranges are available.
There are currently 88 new construction homes for sale in the Cabot area. That is down substantially from a couple of years ago. Currently the homes for sale range in price from 99K to 399K. Below is the breakdown in 20K increments:
